winning producer (Positively Detroit).
Bill Urich
Bill Urich has been active in the legal, entertainment and non-profit
communities for over 20 years. Beginning first as a state prosecutor,
Bill owns and operates The Urich Law Office, PLLC, a private full
service firm in Bloomfield Hills, and has had the privilege of
assisting thousands of families with dreams and challenges alike. Bill
is also an active entertainer, stage father and the operator of Dollar
Bill Productions LLC, a going concern with several projects underway
both in Detroit and Studio City, CA.
As Mayor of Royal Oak, Bill was instrumental in helping to raise over
$250,000 in private funds for numerous charities and causes, and he is
motivated to see that the F3 will be a generous expression of art and
empathy for all concerned.

Dean Bach
Born in and raised in the city of Detroit, Michigan I am “jazzed” to see
the migration of an exciting industry to our region. The Hollywood film industry
has been lured to Michigan by the very “outside the box” creativity that makes our
State great. Michiganders and Detroiters, in particular, have faced tremendous adversity
and have had to overcome with resourceful ingenuity and vision. Michigan always seems
to reward those who dig in and wrestle through the tough times. With financial seduction by
our State Government and a few “players” with strong ties to Michigan, the film industry
is starting to grow deep roots in Southeast Michigan and with each new film, TV show or
media production, the city of Ferndale is becoming a favorite for industry hang-outs.
The Board of Directors for F3 is very stoked (industry terminology) to hold a Film Festival
in what is arguably the epicenter for the creative outlet that is Michigan.
As gas prices and employment have been big factors during the summer season for the last
few years, the word “Stay-cation” has been a common phrase in Michigan. It is our intention
to make F3 an affordable way to spend your holiday weekend in the comfort of home with festive
options. Hope to see you in "Fashionable Ferndale" on Labor Day weekend.
